Job Description

You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world.


We are looking for a product loving, enthusiastic and creative individual who is looking to start their buying career in a dynamic and expanding team at our HQ near Chester (CH5).


This position is a full-time role based in the office through Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to immerse yourself in the lively Sisters & Seekers team, experience staff and community events, and if you’re camera ready, to be a part of our viral TikTok videos!

This role will report to our Product & Buying Manager, and is an exciting opportunity to join a newly forming team on a journey of expansion.


What you will do:


  • Ownership of updating product imagery and information in the trade pack ensuring this is completed in a timely manner on a weekly basis ahead of trade meetings. Preparation and labelling of any key samples required for trade meetings to ensure product is ready for presenting.
  • Daily maintenance of the Range Plan, ensuring the most accurate and up to date information is reflected at all times for product, launch, price and attribution with changes following weekly Product Meeting updated in a timely manner, keeping all key stakeholders informed.
  • Daily maintenance of the Critical Path, supporting the buying, garment tech and design team with updating dates, comments and actions.
  • Attending the weekly Product Meeting to take notes of all changes and update Range Plan and Critical Path accordingly.
  • Liaising with suppliers to chase comments and samples to ensure we stay on track with developments to achieve target deliveries, flagging any big changes to the wider product team.
  • Ownership of Sample Management system, ensuring all samples are accounted for and available when required for content and shoot days.
  • Ownership of attribution for the product team, maintaining an attribute database of all relevant product information to support with reporting, analysis and future product developments.
  • Creation and maintenance of a Competitor Activity tracker to monitor new launches and products within the market, including bench marking key products to support overall strategy.
