Overview

Sister Jane has an attractive opening for a passionate Studio Coordinator with at least 2 years\' experience, outstanding organisational, communication, and analytical skills, and a passion for fashion, seeking to join a fast-growing and international team. The successful candidate will be coordinating the operations of the brand\'s studio and showroom, as well as assisting and supporting the CEO on a wide variety of projects across the business as the company develops and grows.

Responsibilities

  • Studio Coordination: Overall responsibility for the studio and showroom day-to-day operations; act as a point of contact for the showroom team; ensure all showroom assistants work in line with company policies; assist client enquiries when required; general administration of showroom resources.
  • Office & Facilities Management: Be a key-holder for the studio & showroom; ensure the office and company buildings are maintained to a high standard; coordinate with contractors (IT solutions, building contractors, legal services); responsibility for office and showroom facilities purchases; oversee H&S procedures and compliance.
  • Support the CEO: Assist the CEO on matters relating to the organisation of company operations; support the CEO in managing workflows by creating critical paths and maintaining project lists; represent the first point of contact for discussions with the CEO, filtering and prioritising enquiries and tasks; project manage ad hoc projects; CEO diary and travel planning.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years\' experience in a relevant Office / Showroom Management or Executive Administrative position.
  • Highly dynamic and organised individual with a passion for the fashion industry.
  • Well organised with good time management, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
  • Very strong communication skills with excellent written English.
  • Ability to condense and summarise key information clearly and effectively.
  • A self-starter and motivated person who can demonstrate initiative and work independently.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Additional European language skills are a plus.
