This is a dynamic role suited to a highly organised and communicative individual who is passionate about e-commerce and delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will join a fast-growing, international company based in London and will support the day-to-day operation of the Sister Jane and Ghospell e-commerce platforms.
The main responsibilities for the role are:
- Support the e-commerce team with product launches, ensuring accurate deployment of product information and visual merchandising (sisterjane.com + ghospell.com).
- Supervise 2 members of Customer Services Team, setting clear guidelines to ensure company standards are followed and the team operates effectively.
- Assist with updating website content, including homepage and landing pages, in line with the brands’ communication calendar.
- Support with weekly and monthly trade reporting.
- Operate CMS tools including Shopify and connected apps.
- Monitor website performance and support continuous improvement across user journey, merchandising, product campaigns and seasonal sales.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with couriers to resolve any issues.
- Provide help to Sister Jane Townhouse team when required.
The ideal candidate profile:
- Previous experience or working knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
- Previous customer service experience in fashion industry, in store or online.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and paid media platforms is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills; ability to summarise data and information clearly and efficiently.
- Commercial mindset to evaluate situations and come up with ideas for solving issues in line with the company guidelines and legal requirements.
- Well-organised and efficient with good time-management and prioritisation.
- A self-starter and motivated person, who can demonstrate initiative and can work independently when needed.
- A team player who likes to work in a very dynamic and international environment.
