Zoom is hiring a Pan-EMEA Channel Account Manager to drive sales growth and build strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies, aligning sales efforts, managing partner relationships, and creating business plans, with a focus on Communications/AI technologies.
The ideal candidate excels in business planning, partner consultancy, and surpassing sales targets, with experience in large-scale partner collaboration across functions. Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and presentations for executive leadership.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with Channel Partners, Global/Regional Integrators, and key stakeholders.
- Work across the EMEA region, leveraging your network to establish new business opportunities.
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with organisational objectives.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the full Zoom platform with specific focus on Contact Center and UCaaS solutions.
- Articulate compelling value propositions and address customer pain points effectively.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other internal teams.
- Contribute to developing compelling sales collateral and driving product innovation, ensuring alignment across all business functions to maximise market impact.
- Studied Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in sales leadership with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- Understanding of contact centre/UCaaS technologies, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with multi-regional Systems Integrators and key partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Results-oriented approach with passion for achieving measurable outcomes.
