The Opportunity

We're looking for an organised, customer-focused and data-driven Product Engagement Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you'll create engaging in-app experiences that help customers discover, adopt and get the most from Juniper's products. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Support, you'll use data and customer insight to deliver targeted communications that improve product adoption and enhance the customer experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technology, customer experience, analytics, and stakeholder management to drive product adoption and customer engagement at scale.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Product Engagement Manager, you will:

  • Deliver Outstanding In-App Experiences: Build, configure, test, and launch in-app engagements including walkthroughs, guides, tooltips, banners, surveys, and announcements. Manage the entire engagement lifecycle from concept and build through to quality assurance, launch, reporting, and optimisation. Ensure messaging is targeted to the right audience at the right time within their customer journey. Maintain a structured library of active, scheduled, and archived engagements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to targeting, display, and engagement performance.
  • Manage Stakeholder Requests: Act as the primary contact for engagement requests from Product, Marketing, and Support teams. Gather requirements, define objectives, and agree success measures for all engagement activity. Prioritise competing requests while maintaining planned business-as-usual (BAU) activities. Provide constructive challenge when engagement requests could negatively impact the customer experience or contribute to message fatigue.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Build and maintain recurring engagement programmes such as onboarding flows, product release announcements, and renewal communications. Create scalable templates and repeatable processes that improve efficiency and consistency. Maintain an engagement calendar to ensure customers receive relevant and well-timed communications. Review existing engagements regularly to keep content accurate, relevant, and effective. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline engagement delivery processes.
  • Support Business Alignment: Communicate upcoming and live engagements to Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams. Provide clear launch information including audience, objectives, timing, and expected customer impact. Build strong relationships across the business and create visibility of all in-app engagement activity. Ensure stakeholder alignment on messaging and communication plans.
  • Use Data to Optimise Performance: Monitor engagement metrics including views, click-through rates, completion rates, and dismissals. Analyse performance data to improve targeting, content, and timing. Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders and leadership teams. Identify customer behaviour trends that can shape future product engagement strategies. Continuously enhance engagement effectiveness using data and customer feedback.
