SIS Care have an exciting opportunity available for a Bank Support Worker to join our team. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.45 per hour plus 12.07% to incorporate holiday pay!

What we are looking for in our Support Worker:

  • People that are passionate about making a difference.
  • Experience within Mental Health.
  • Experience working within a Supported living service.
  • Driving is preferable but not essential.
  • Level 2 NVQ is desirable but not essential.

The Support Worker role:

SIS are currently looking to recruit experienced individuals who have experience working within a supported living service. As part of this role, you would be supporting individuals with complex mental health needs as well as providing support within their daily lives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through person centred support.

This service supports up to 17 people with a range of complex mental health needs. The building is a converted mill and comprises of 17 self-contained flats of a very high standard in a sought-after area of Lockwood Scar. There are ample communal spaces for clients to enjoy activities and social integration. Overseen by four directors with more than 35 years’ experience in the NHS mental health and business sector, we are a leading social care provider offering supported living services for people with complex mental health needs. Our goal is to help people live independent lives through the delivery of bespoke care packages, backed by supported housing options. SIS is a leading care provider in the Northwest. We have been supporting individuals with mental health and housing needs since 2014.
