We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain function. This includes retailer account management, delivering warehouse & logistics operational excellence all while implementing efficient and cost-effective strategies to ensure timely and reliable flow of our goods. Oversee sales order management for selected retail accounts through SBO software. Daily monitoring and co-ordination with the 3PL team & Supply Chain Co-ordinators, to ensure all orders are delivered on time. Using historical sales performance and analysis to influence a healthy stock build to drive sales. Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics Management Monitor monthly warehouse performance against SLAs in line with the 3PL contractual agreement. Lead KPI review meetings with the local UK warehouse. Manage inbound & outbound logistics operations ensuring efficiency in the flow of goods. Performance Monitoring & Analysis Prepare and share monthly supply chain cost updates, highlighting cost-saving initiatives and results. Lead reviews on ordering patterns and propose changes to reduce logistics and operational costs. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance, analyse data, and implement improvements. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards throughout the supply chain. Partner with Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, and E-commerce teams on key initiatives and campaigns to successfully execute commercial initiatives. Represent supply chain in project discussions (e.g. Lead SC support for dedicated accounts Maison Sisley and Hair Rituel, including reporting and activation follow-ups. Manage & mentor Supply Chain Co-ordinators, fostering a positive, collaborative high-performing environment. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related degree. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain with a proven record of success. Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics & distribution. Strong data analysis skills; ability to interpret and draw conclusions from data with accuracy and attention to detail Advanced knowledge of Excel. Proactive individual with ability to manage priorities in a commercial environment
