Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales order management for selected retail accounts through SBO software.
  • Daily monitoring and co-ordination with the 3PL team to ensure all orders are delivered on time.
  • Build collaborative retailer relationships with the aim of maximising availability, especially during key activations and promotional periods.
  • Using historical sales performance and analysis to influence a healthy stock build to drive sales.
  • Work closely with internal teams and retail partners to plan and execute successful launch of NPD throughout the year.
  • Co-ordinate with commercial teams to consolidate sales data; analyse performance, KPIs & promotional activity to deliver a weekly sell-out report for the UK business.
  • Using retailer sales data consolidation, create a quarterly sell-out report covering product performance of key ranges, sub-categories & SKUs.
  • Provide the business with insights and takeaways in order to drive further action points.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of sales reporting templates for the business, and creation of templates for the new financial year.
  • Provide the business with any ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Sales Director on sales budgeting and any other areas as required.
  • Support on internal cross-functional processes with Finance, Marketing, Merchandising and PR teams; support commercial teams on Supply Chain-related issues.
  • Assist in the implementation of new Supply Chain processes and lead on specific departmental projects as mapped out.
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by management.

Profile

  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Merchandising.
  • Experience in managing external customer relationships, ideally with premium UK retailers.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills; ability to interpret and draw conclusions from data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in both Excel & PowerPoint required. SBO/SAP experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across different functions and levels.
  • Beauty industry experience highly desirable.
  • Proactive individual with ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
