POSITION OVERVIEW: The Employee shall coordinate the team of the Maison and ensure the proper operation of the Maison and cabins in accordance with the brand image and values of Sisley. The Employee shall lead daily activities to offer high-quality service and create excellent relationships with customers, contributing to the professionalism of the team and high-end treatments. The Employee shall dedicate valuable know-how to customers to obtain their complete satisfaction and retain them to develop turnover generated by sales and treatments.
As a Maison Manager for Sisley, you are a brand ambassador. Through your engaging style, you will actively drive and increase your business, encouraging all Beauty Therapists to achieve their sales targets. By leading and coaching your Team, you will ensure that all clients receive a personalised luxury service. You will develop and build your client base through recruiting new domestic and international clientele, ensuring to increase retention through clientelling thus building brand loyalty.
GENERAL- Manage the Maison team on a daily basis
- Build a team spirit, a dynamic and maintain excellence of service
- Communicate goals and sales incentives
- Prepare and follow-up with the work schedules of the team according to business needs
- Offer a high quality of service to customers
- Welcome customers and maintain confidentiality
- Check customer files are accurate and in order
- Ensure respect for treatment protocols and correct performance
- Ensure follow up of cash registers and traffic statistics
- Coordinate the opening and closing of the Maison, ensuring it is organized, attractive, and clean at all times
- Monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Line Manager and ensure sufficient levels
- Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines
- Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks including rotas and sickness reporting
- Be a Sisley brand ambassador and representative at all times
- Adhere to all Company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook
- Develop clientele, recruitment, retention, events
- Create, plan and execute events at the Maison to bring awareness and recognition to Sisley
- Network in the community and develop external partnerships to increase brand awareness
- Build relationships with high-end Maison’s, gyms, hotels, and other businesses in the area
- Submit monthly recap to head office about month’s activities and business
- Lead and coach your team to ensure all Team Members achieve or exceed sales targets
- Proactively sell Sisley products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers
- Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average items per transaction (IPT)
- Prepare and organise activity on counter monthly with Line Manager’s approval
- Book Treatment Room appointments and prepare the rooms in between each event
- Complete all admin accurately and in a timely manner
- Proactively manage all Team Members, identifying coaching and development opportunities
- Manage stock levels, working in partnership with the Line Manager
- Grow your business through events, appointments, and return bookings
- Ensure all operational and administrative tasks are complete to the best of your ability
- Be knowledgeable on all Sisley products and propose personalised products to clients
- Demonstrate Sisley products on clients through skincare consultations and make-overs
- Demonstrate Hair Rituel by Sisley products on clients
- Recruit new customers to the brand through traffic stopping
- Identify, understand and reformulate client needs
- Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty
- Capture all customers on Sisley database through SMILE or registration card
- Educate clients on Sisley products and the brand
