POSITION OVERVIEW
The Employee shall, as per the instructions given by their line manager coordinate the team of the Maison and ensure the proper operation of the Maison and cabins in accordance with the brand image and the values of Sisley. The Employee shall lead the daily activities in order to offer a high quality of service and create excellent relationships with the customers, contribute to the professionalism of the team and to high-end treatments. The Employee shall dedicate a valuable know-how to the customers in order to obtain their complete satisfaction and retain them in the aim to develop the turnover generated by sales and treatments.
As a Maison Manager for Sisley, you are a brand ambassador. Through your engaging style, you will actively drive and increase your business, encouraging all Beauty Therapists to achieve their sales targets. By leading and coaching your Team, you will ensure that all clients receive a personalised luxury service. Through your passion for the brand, you will demonstrate an attitude that benefits Sisley at all times. You will develop and build your client base through recruiting new domestic and international clientele. As well as bringing incremental business, you will ensure to increase retention through clientelling thus building brand loyalty.
GENERAL
β Manage the Maison team on a daily basis
β Build a team spirit, a dynamic and maintain excellence of service
β Communicate goals and sales incentives
β Prepare and follow-up with the work schedules of the team according to the business needs
β Offer a high quality of service to the customers
β Welcome the customers and maintain confidentiality
β Check the customer files are accurate and in order
β Ensure respect for the treatment protocols and correct performance
β Ensure the follow up of cash registers and traffic statistics
β Coordinate the opening and closing of the Maison, ensure the Maison is organized, attractive, clean at all times including replenishment, sample drawers, stocking and rotation of stock
β To monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Line Manager and ensure that there are sufficient levels
β To participate in merchandise management and ensure that it is in line with corporate guidelines
βManaging NSV budgets and ordering within time limits
β To conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks including rotas and sickness reporting
β To be a Sisley brand ambassador and representative at all times
β To adhere to all Company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook
β Develop the clientele, recruitment, retention, events
β Create, plan and execute events at the Maison to bring awareness and recognition to Sisley
β Responsible for networking in the community and development of external partnerships to increase awareness of the brand
β To build relationships with the high-end Maisonβs, gyms, hotels and other businesses in the area that can bring awareness and recruit new customers to the brand
β Submit monthly recap to the head office about monthβs activities and business
SALES
β To lead and coach your team to ensure all Team Members, along with yourself are aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your Line Manager
β Managing NSV budgets and ordering within time limits
β To proactively sell Sisley products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers
β To proactively link sell across product categories, to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average items per transaction (IPT)
β Preparing and organising activity on counter monthly with your Line Managerβs approval
β Booking Treatment Room appointments, prepare the rooms in between each event
β All admin to be completed accurately and in a timely manner
MANAGEMENT
β To proactively manage all Team Members, identifying coaching and development opportunities and support with training and guidance
β To manage stock levels, working in partnership with the Line Manager to ensure that there are sufficient levels
β To proactively grow your business through events, appointments and return bookings
β To ensure all operational and administrative tasks are complete and to the best of your ability
SERVICE
β To be knowledgeable on all Sisley products and be able to propose personalised products to clients and confidently and appropriately overcome any objections
β Demonstrate Sisley products on clients by means of skincare consultations, make-overs, Sisley protocols and confidently explain the benefits of each product
β Demonstrate Hair Rituel by Sisley products on clients by means of hair product application, use of company tools and hair styling whilst being able to confidently explain the benefits of each product
β Recruiting new customers to the brand through traffic stopping
β To identify, understand and reformulate the client needs
β To develop personal relationships with clients and to gain loyalty
β Ensure all customers are captured on Sisley database through SMILE or registration card (following GDPR guidelines).
β To educate clients on Sisley products and the brand

In order to be successful in this role, you will be:
β A Manager with proven sales background in Premium Beauty
β Be available for a 5-week paid training in Paris
β Tenacious; willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer leaves having received the very best in luxury service.
β Driven and results orientated; seeking out ways to continually grow the business through events and counter activity.
β Self-confident; you will be able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using your strong selling skills to chase that extra sale. You will be able to demonstrate skincare and make-up application knowledge, and through excellent communication skills, be able to identify key items that would suit the customersβ needs.
