Sisley, a pioneer in luxury phyto-cosmetology, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to embody the excellence of our brand within its new Maison in London.
Summary of the Function
As a passionate Sisley ambassador, you will ensure the Maison\’s smooth daily operation in compliance with Sisley\’s brand image and values for participating in turning it into a large success.
Lead and inspire your team to achieve ambitious goals, while offering a personalized and high-end customer experience. You will develop a loyal clientele, both national and international, and orchestrate exclusive events to increase the Maison\’s visibility.
Your Impactful Missions
- Inspiring Leader: Coordinate and animate the team of the Maison and cabins, instill a dynamic team spirit, and guarantee excellence in service.Oversee working schedule, sales gaols, assessment,
- Business Developer: Actively improve the reputation/notoriety in networking,creating events in all kinds, setting up external partnerships, …to reach the sales and treatment objectives, build brand loyalty and customers’ acquisition, and prospect for new customers through innovative initiatives.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Sisley with passion, educate clientele on our high-end products to invent a luxury community.
- Operational Master: Manage the daily operations of the Maison, inventory, and budgets with rigor and efficiency.Manage the stock of products and promotional tools;
- Coordinate the opening and closing of the Maison, ensuring that the Maison is attractive at all times;
- Ensure client files are updated;
- Monthly summary of the Maison activities and results.
