Sisley Paris are looking for a hard-working and motivated PR Executive (Maternity Cover) to join the fast-paced in-house PR department at our central London head office. The PR Executive will work closely alongside the Head of Marketing & PR, liaising with journalists, influencers and industry experts on a daily basis and maintaining stand out press coverage for Sisley. We are looking for someone who is passionate about all things beauty and has a creative and innovative flair.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Media Relations & Outreach
- Support the Head of Marketing & PR in implementing the UK PR strategy.
- Handle all press enquiries quickly and efficiently.
- Manage daily press send-outs and larger-scale mailers.
- Build and maintain relationships with regional press, Irish press, beauty assistants, and writers at key titles.
- Support outreach to journalists and influencers to secure qualitative coverage across all media touchpoints.
- Proactively pitch feature ideas by researching beauty pages in print and online.
- Events & Influencer Marketing
- Support all PR events, campaigns, and press trips, including researching new venues.
- Work closely with the global social team to ensure best-in-class coverage for UK PR events.
- Manage the micro-influencer platform (Skeepers), setting up campaigns and managing product send-outs.
- Source and implement creative mailers and gifting ideas to generate organic social media coverage.
- Reporting, Admin & Analysis
- Save press coverage daily and create regular reports for internal and global teams.
- Analyze print/web coverage using the DMR platform and social coverage using Campaygn.
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to track the wider beauty landscape and trends.
- Manage the press and influencer database, ensuring it is regularly updated.
- Maintain organized Google Drive folders (image library, press releases, etc.).
- Raise POs, ensure invoices are paid on time, and keep the budget tracker up to date.
Skills And Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years' beauty PR experience
- Influencer and press contacts
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
- Strong writing and communication skills
