The CRM Executive United Kingdom & Ireland leads end-to-end email marketing, event activations, and VIP client engagement across retail partners. You will deliver CRM campaigns aligned to commercial targets, optimise performance through insight and reporting, and support the development of new initiatives. You will also create marketing collateral, and plan and execute customer events. The role also includes financial, reporting, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Campaign Management: Define customer targeting aligned to campaign objectives. Collaborate with marketing and trading teams to ensure cohesive, customer-centric messaging aligned with clienteling initiatives. Continuously improve segmentation, automation flows, and campaign performance through testing and analysis. Collaborate with local and global teams to brief the creation of newsletters.
  • Insight & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable recommendations. Propose and implement A/B testing to drive optimisation. Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to increase customer retention and value. Support 360° retail activations across stores and with Beauty Consultants.
  • VIP, Personal Shopping & Events Strategy: Develop and support VIP client strategies to grow and retain top-tier customers in flagship stores. Deliver loyalty initiatives and explore new engagement opportunities for high-value clients. Lead the creation and distribution of event collateral and toolkits. Support the development and execution of event strategies.
  • Data & Loyalty Programme Management: Manage the in-store loyalty programme and data capture tools, liaising with global teams for IT support and troubleshooting. Oversee database updates and ensure timely issue resolution with HQ. Lead CRM setup for new store openings, including database growth strategies and targets. Deliver monthly performance reporting, reviewing KPIs with Regional Managers. Manage loyalty gift fulfilment.
  • Marketing: Act as the key contact for field teams to cascade information regarding launches, campaigns, and upcoming activities. Brief creative teams for marketing collateral (bounce-back cards, signage, beauty rooms). Ensure timely production and distribution of materials.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of CRM experience, preferably within a luxury brand (experience in beauty is a nice-to-have, but not a necessity).
  • Experience in both online and offline CRM (including email marketing and in-store events).
  • A self-motivated, highly organised individual with a 'can-do' attitude who can take ownership of projects.
  • A 'customer-first' mindset with the ability to identify challenges and find solutions.
