For our UK & Ireland offices, based in London, we are looking to recruit an E-Retail Executive. This role reports to the E-Retail Trade Marketing Manager and has a direct impact on the growth & development of online E-retail accounts in the UK & Ireland. This role works closely with the internal marketing team & sales team and encompasses cross-functional responsibilities across the business.
You will be working closely with our E-retailers, making sure that Sisley is well represented on sites, our NPD is launched, and all marketing activations are well executed. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment, enjoys new challenges, and is looking to develop their skillset in beauty retail marketing & management.
Working across 4 pillars, this role provides a full immersion into the world of beauty with exciting projects with leading UK retail partners.
- Liaise with the Global Creative team to have assets created for all agreed trade activations.
- Support the E-Retail Manager to build engaging product pages and new asset creation.
- Support the E-Retail Manager with the launch of new e-retailer openings.
- Work with the Global Creative team to ensure assets are made available with correct sizing and naming of the full catalogue.
- Submit all necessary assets and new line forms in line with new launches.
- Support the E-Retail Manager with arranging GWP and sampling send-outs.
- Support the UK marketing team in the management of Sisley Paris & Hair Rituel by Sisley’s marketing plans.
- Support the Head of Marketing with digital components of any third-party campaigns.
- Review online stock position with all online retail partners, ensuring all lines are live with no unavoidable OOS.
- Compile weekly reports of online retail stock to all relevant stakeholders to pre-empt any product availability issues.
- Monitor retailer trade & promotional activity reporting to optimise brand performance.
- Monitor daily online e-retailer and pure player sites for Sisley inclusions and ensure the brand is correctly represented.
- Ensure Sisley brand image is correctly represented across the E-retail landscape with a focus on brand categorisation, search terms, PDPs, brand page, and retailer-specific features.
- Create a quarterly E-retailer review with a focus on brand audit.
- Review asset packs provided by the Global Creative team and update online retail sites.
- Create an asset proposal for any PDP updates, ensuring they are provided within the necessary time frame and renamed/resized as per retailer guidelines.
- Competitor analysis on best-in-class Brand Spaces and PDPs to aid optimisation of Sisley’s presence online to improve PDP assets across the full catalogue.
- Support the UK marketing team in the management of Sisley Paris & Hair Rituel by Sisley’s marketing plans.
- Support in executing 360 marketing plans including social media executions, asset production, and post-campaign analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate the brand and portfolio performance, trends, and competitive landscape to strengthen the strategy and identify new opportunities.
1 to 2 years of experience in E-Retail or Account management. Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Creative and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Resilient and flexible, able to handle multiple projects at one time. Reporting to the UK E-Retail Trade Marketing Manager. Full-time role based in Central London - Fitzrovia (4 days at the office, 1 WFH).
