We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead the site set-up, build the team, and oversee day-to-day operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoy establishing efficient processes from the ground up, this is an excellent opportunity.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading and managing daily warehouse operations, including goods-in, goods-out, picking, packing, and returns.
- Developing SOPs, workflows, and KPIs for a new 3PL facility.
- Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing warehouse team.
- Ensuring SLA delivery across multiple clients.
- Driving stock accuracy, productivity, and compliance with safety standards.
- Optimising WMS performance and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Producing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years’ experience in 3PL or high-volume warehousing (as a Manager or Senior Supervisor).
- Strong background in multi-client logistics environments.
- Experience setting up processes from scratch is highly desirable.
- A confident people leader who motivates teams and achieves results.
- Strong WMS and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of UK Health & Safety and compliance requirements.
