Sisko Group are recruiting for a highly skilled people manager to be operationally responsible for running one of our prestigious water metering contracts across the midlands. The role is ideal for a strong people manager with a background in utilities field services and client facing contract management. You will oversee the day to day performance of a large field-based workforce while acting as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring service delivery, commercial performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Operational management of a large field-based workforce

- Producing, tracking, and presenting operational and commercial reports

- Proven ability to build relationships with operational teams, clients, and senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and use initiative
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points)
