  • Leading and optimizing the month‑end close process, aiming to shorten close cycles while enhancing the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with transfer pricing policies, overseeing implementation and ongoing monitoring in alignment with corporate standards
  • Conducting detailed analysis of key P&L items, identifying trends through historical and comparative data, and delivering insightful commentary on performance variances
  • Driving and supporting SAP TRM implementations and system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices
  • Providing expert‑level troubleshooting and support for SAP TRM and FI‑related issues, ensuring timely resolution and system integrity
  • Establishing and overseeing financial control plans for assigned entities, reviewing control quality, and executing second‑level controls to ensure compliance
  • Monitoring and following up on risk records identified by internal and external auditors, supporting the implementation of corrective actions and risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensuring financial controls across functions comply with local accounting and tax regulations, promoting a robust control environment
  • Reviewing and validating quarterly financial packages prepared in accordance with IFRS for Şişecam Group consolidation
  • Delivering proactive, timely, and financially sound insights to management, supporting strategic decision‑making processes
  • Collaborating closely with Regional Controlling, Treasury, and Tax teams to ensure alignment of financial reporting with broader business and regulatory requirements

More About You

  • Bachelor’s degree with major in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields
  • British citizenship or approved work permit in the UK is required
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven experience with SAP TRM and FI module
  • Strong understanding of treasury processes, financial instruments, and risk management
  • Proficiency in MS Office, IFRS, and SAP applications
  • Analytical thinking, excellent attention to detail and proven ability to solve problems with sustainable results
  • A sense of urgency, performance with integrity, passion for achievement
