We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Piping QC Inspector with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our quality control team in Singapore. The candidate should have a strong understanding of piping systems, basic welding inspection, and documentation procedures in industrial or construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality checks during piping fabrication and installation
Support senior QC personnel in inspections and documentation
Assist in reviewing welding procedures and material certificates
Participate in visual inspections and coordinate with NDT teams
Monitor testing activities like hydrostatic and pneumatic tests
Maintain daily QC records and prepare basic inspection reports
Coordinate with site engineers and ensure adherence to quality plans
Follow safety procedures and assist in identifying quality issues
Essential Qualifications
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Basic certification in Welding Inspection or NDT (preferred)
Skills Required
Knowledge of piping codes and welding practices (ASME/API)
