About The Service
Southbank is a 100+ year old hotel converted into a mix of 7 self-contained flats & 7 en-suite rooms in the centre of the old town area of Runcorn. Southbank supports clients with complex mental health needs; it is staffed 24 hours a day and has a sleepover covering the nights. There is significant opportunity for the successful candidate to help improve people’s lives and build an excellent team around the service.
What We Are Looking For
- Level 2 health & social care qualification or willingness to work towards this
- Enthusiastic about making a difference
- Self-motivated, empathetic, dynamic, and creative within the care sector
- Experience of mental health needs and challenging behaviours, this can be work related or from life experiences
