SIS Care have an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.45 per hour.
What we are looking for in our Support Worker:

The Support Worker role:
SIS are currently looking to recruit experienced individuals who have experience working within a supported living service. As part of this role, you would be supporting individuals with complex mental health needs as well as providing support within their daily lives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through person centred support.

Fountain street is made up of 19 self-contained flats and is staffed 24/7 hours a day. Transport links such as Leek bus station is only a short walk away, with regular buses accessing the city of stoke on Trent, Buxton, Congleton, and Macclesfield.
