SIS Care have an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.60 per hour.
What we are looking for in our Support Worker
- People that are passionate about making a difference.
- Experience within Mental Health.
- Experience working within a Supported living service.
- Driving is preferable but not essential.
- Level 2 NVQ is desirable but not essential.
The Support Worker role
SIS are currently looking to recruit experienced individuals who have experience working within a supported living service. As part of this role, you would be supporting individuals with complex mental health needs as well as providing support within their daily lives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through person centred support.

SIS is a leading care provider in the Northwest. We have been supporting individuals with mental health and housing needs since 2014. Fountain Street is a newly refurbished supported living service in the historical market town of Leek in the Staffordshire moorlands; Fountain Street is close to the bustling high street of Leek. Fountain Street is made up of 19 self‑contained flats and is staffed 24/7 hours a day. Transport links such as Leek bus station are only a short walk away, with regular buses accessing the city of Stoke on Trent, Buxton, Congleton, and Macclesfield.
