SIS Care have an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.60 per hour.
Overseen by four directors with more than 35 years’ experience in the NHS mental health and business sector, we are a leading social care provider offering supported living services for people with complex mental health needs. Our goal is to help people live independent lives through the delivery of bespoke care packages, backed by supported housing options.
The Support Worker role
SIS are currently looking to recruit experienced individuals who have experience working within a supported living service. As part of this role, you would be supporting individuals with complex mental health needs as well as providing support within their daily lives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through person centred support.
SIS is a leading care provider in the Northwest. We have been supporting individuals with mental health and housing needs since 2014. Abbots Grange is an 11 bedded mixed sex scheme with a combination of self-contained flats and shared living. All clients are allocated a key worker and will be supported in a recovery led way, incorporating tools such as Recovery Star, weekly planners, and budget planning.

What we are looking for
