SIS Care have an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.60 per hour.

What we are looking for in our Support Worker

  • People that are passionate about making a difference.
  • Experience within Mental Health
  • Experience working within a Supported living service.
  • Driving is preferable but not essential.
  • Level 2 NVQ is desirable but not essential.

Support Worker role

SIS are currently looking to recruit experienced individuals who have experience working within a supported living service. As part of this role, you would be supporting individuals with complex mental health needs as well as providing support within their daily lives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through person centred support.

About the service

Heaton Lodge provides 19 rooms with shared facilities. There is a communal lounge and conservatory with 2 large kitchens, gardens in front of the house and gardens to rear of the house. Heaton Lodge is close to Manchester and Stockport. There is also a bus stop a few houses down from the service. Heaton Chapel train station is only an 8–minute walk from Heaton Lodge service.

Our goal is to help people live independent lives through the delivery of bespoke care packages, backed by supported housing options. SIS is a leading care provider in the Northwest.
