Senior Support Worker (Complex Service) – SIS Macclesfield

Base pay range
Competitive salary of £32,760 per annum.
Role summary
Senior Support Worker will assist the registered manager and deputy manager to manage a team of support workers ensuring adequate staffing ratios for individuals with complex mental health needs. The role works across multi-disciplinary teams including forensics, mental health, learning disabilities, neuro‑diversity and EUPD, and collaborates with occupational therapy and positive behavioural support teams to maintain CQC regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the registered manager and deputy manager in team management and staffing ratio planning.
- Working across multi‑disciplinary teams managing complex mental health supported living services.
- Ensuring the standards and quality of care meet CQC regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with occupational therapy and positive behavioural support teams.
Qualifications
- Level 3 health & social care qualification or willingness to work towards this.
- Experience caring for adults with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours.
- Enthusiastic about making a difference.
- Self‑motivated, empathetic, dynamic and creative within the care sector.
