The role of a Support Worker involves supporting individuals with complex mental health needs as well as providing support within their daily lives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through person-centred support.

About The Service

SIS is a leading care provider in the Northwest, supporting individuals with mental health and housing needs since 2014. Dane House comprises of 14 self-contained flats over 2 floors, with a communal lounge and kitchen for clients to interact and take part in group activities. The building has a communal garden for all to enjoy and is situated within walking distance of Northwich town centre.
