About The Role

SIS is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our Supported Living team in Liverpool.

In this rewarding role, you will support individuals with complex mental health needs, helping them to develop independence, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals. You will provide high-quality, person‑centred support tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring they are empowered to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in promoting recovery, wellbeing, and positive outcomes while supporting people with everyday tasks and activities.

About The Service

SIS has been a trusted provider of mental health and housing support services across the North West since 2014. Glenarie House is a beautiful period property located within peaceful park surroundings in Liverpool. This mixed‑gender supported living service offers accommodation for up to 16 individuals with complex mental health needs. The service comprises 16 rooms with shared facilities across three floors, with lift access available throughout the building. The people we support benefit from a safe and supportive environment with 24‑hour staffing, including waking night support, ensuring assistance is available whenever needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine passion for supporting people and making a positive difference
  • Previous experience working within mental health services
  • Experience working within a supported living environment
  • A positive, caring, and professional approach
  • A full driving licence is preferred but not essential
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential
