We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated, and dynamic individual to join our team as a Service Manager. This role is ideal for someone who has the skills and passion to lead and manage a complex mental health supported living service.
About The Role
As Service Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service. You will coordinate new referrals and assessments, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure individuals receive high-quality, person-centred care. You will lead and manage a team of Support Workers, clinical leads and a Deputy Manager providing guidance, supervision, and support. A key part of your role will be ensuring the service operates in full compliance with CQC regulatory standards and best practice.
About The Service
Glenarie House is a period property set within beautiful park surroundings. This mixed-sex service provides accommodation for up to 16 people with complex mental health needs, offering 16 rooms with shared facilities across three floors, with lift access throughout the building. The service supports individuals across a mixed age range and provides 24-hour staffing, including waking night staff and a shift clinical lead, to always ensure consistent care and support. Our team supports individuals using a recovery-focused approach, promoting independence while meeting their individual care needs. This includes support with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and maintaining personal hygiene, as well as encouraging positive mental and physical wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For
- Diploma in Health & Social Care Level 5 (or higher), or equivalent qualification
- A management qualification, or willingness to work towards one
- Experience supporting adults with complex or challenging behaviours from a management perspective
- Previous supervisory or management experience within the care sector
- A genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives
- Self‑motivated, empathetic, and able to lead a team effectively
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check, including a check against the barred list where applicable.
