The Role

We’re seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales Manager with a proven track record in business development and key account management. You will be responsible for driving sales growth across the UK, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing long-term client relationships across our full suite of SIS products – including synthetic, hybrid, and natural pitch systems, as well as maintenance services. Supporting the Commercial Director and wider global sales team to ensure high-quality service delivery from initial contact to project completion will be a key part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement a strategic sales plan to develop and build new business and maintain customer relationships throughout the UK with a particular focus on natural and hybrid surfaces.
  • To assist the Commercial Director in new and existing contracts management and negotiations, including evaluations, negotiations with suppliers and all levels of stakeholders.
  • To assist in the management of multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality product and service on time and within budget and within regulatory and good governance principles.
  • To communicate effectively with the Commercial Director and UK team ensuring that plans are understood and effectively implemented.

  • Previous experience working with sports surfaces would be beneficial.
