Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in Sports Construction/Manufacturing is highly desirable.

Position Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical role in developing and implementing the financial strategy of SIS Pitches. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic financial input, and ensure the long-term financial stability and growth of the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial management, corporate finance, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan.
  • Provide financial insight and guidance on company growth, market expansion, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  • Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying and addressing variances.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain robust internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Manage the financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, and internal audit functions.
  • Oversee cash flow management, capital allocation, and investment strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for financial matters with the board of directors, investors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, analysis, and recommendations to the board and executive team.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement professional development plans for finance team members.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in Sports Construction/Manufacturing is highly desirable.
