The service is aimed to support individuals who have had long-stay admissions in locked door rehabilitation units, forensic units, and out of area placements. This may be their first opportunity to live semi-independently and develop independent living skills. While challenging, there is lots of opportunity for the successful candidate to help improve people's lives and build an excellent team around the service.
