We are the leading supplier of 24/7 betting services to retail and online operators globally, including horse and greyhound racing, virtuals, esports, and live numbers draws. In 2019 we diversified our product portfolio with the launch of Competitive Gaming, an eSports service broadcast from our secure studios in the UK. We have successfully created a 24/7, high-integrity product, designed specifically for betting, and now our product stands out as the only eSports product to receive Gold Standard approval from the eSports Integrity Commission (ESIC)!
With our proven track record of success in eSports, we are now poised to expand our horizons. We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead a new growth strategy, who will ultimately be tasked with adding significant value and innovation during this exciting time of expansion.
About the role:
As a result of securing new global contracts, we are now looking for an industry expert to lead a programme to deliver a significant scaling of the eSports operation. Reporting directly to the COO or the CTO, your mission will be to drive the delivery of our growth strategy, leveraging your extensive experience to ensure accelerated success.
It would be a significant advantage, if you had an eSports background and/or, a background in betting, and proven experience and success growing new product innovations, globally!
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the 2025/2026 programme strategy, ensuring delivery of the budget.
- Assemble and lead a team of industry-leading professionals and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules while mitigating risks.
- Monitor progress and provide regular performance tracking updates to the Board.
Your experience:
- Clear and demonstrable experience in delivering large scale, complex, multi-disciplinary programmes.
- Proven experience and success in eSports / gaming and ideally gambling/betting.
- Strong track record of driving new product innovations.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
