Responsibilities
- To process and maintain purchase ledger invoices for Group companies as part of the processing team.
- To manage and maintain outstanding purchase orders and follow up on outstanding approvals.
- To reconcile and analyse credit card transactions in conjunction with SAP expense software.
- To provide support to payments team in compiling weekly payment run information.
- Submission of weekly reconciliation reporting to key accounts staff.
- Regular supplier statement reconciliations.
- Various ad-hoc business admin tasks such as document control & specific reporting.
Other Duties
- To undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time but that shall remain within the competency and skills of the post-holder.
- All members of operational teams pertinent to the successful processing of purchase invoices and credit cards.
- Communication with all other Group Companies as required to perform duties.
Internal Communication
- Communication to external parties with regard to monthly supplier statements and resolving queries arising from such reconciliations.
