Deputy Operations Manager (Nights) – Competitive Gaming

Night shifts: 160 hours per 4‑week period.

Salary: ÂŁ34,255 p.a. plus additional night pay allowance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Champion performance and engagement across your team in a 24/7 environment.
  • Drive the delivery of our competitive gaming strategy with precision and flair.
  • Ensure compliance with Gambling Commission regulations and health & safety standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and data to fuel continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets and maximise ROI on CAPEX spend.
  • Build a high‑performing team through recruitment, training, and development.
