As a Billing Co-ordinator , you’ll be the unsung hero behind the scenes, making sure our billing engine runs like clockwork. You’ll be part of a small but mighty team responsible for generating accurate, timely invoices and keeping our financial operations smooth and seamless. What You’ll Be Doing Taking charge of monthly billing runs and ensuring every penny is accounted for. Investigating and resolving billing queries like a financial detective. Collaborating with internal teams and customers to keep everything on track. Testing systems, analysing data, and spotting opportunities for improvement. Supporting VAT returns and audits – because details matter! What You Bring to the Table A sharp eye for detail and a love for numbers. Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and everything in between. Experience in a busy billing environment (bonus points for Excel wizardry!). A proactive, can-do attitude and a knack for solving problems. Studying AAT or similar? Even better!
