SIS is excited to announce the opening of a brand-new supported living service in Stone, Staffordshire. We are looking for passionate Support Workers who can bring a range of skills and experience to support individuals within a mental health setting.

This creates a meaningful opportunity for Support Workers to positively impact people’s lives while helping to build a strong, supportive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Creativity and initiative within a care setting
  • Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviours (through work or personal experience)

This role is subject to safer recruitment processes, including an enhanced DBS check.
