SIS is looking for dedicated Support Workers to join a brand-new complex service in Macclesfield. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in a bespoke, high-quality care environment.

The Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Support individuals with complex and enhanced mental health needs
- Proactively manage challenging behaviours, including those linked to forensic backgrounds
- Promote independence using a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach
- Help individuals develop essential life skills in a safe, supportive environment
