Role Overview
As a Supplier Networks Specialist, Intercultural you will contribute to Sirva’s success by managing our intercultural trainer and RC network onboarding, contracting, and set up processes. You will provide coaching to the trainer network, maintain data integrity of our network in Sirva’s systems, and provide support for intercultural online tool suppliers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage Intercultural Trainer Sourcing, Onboarding and Contracting (45%)
- Lead generation and qualification process for potential new trainers.
- Process and assimilate new Intercultural Suppliers into the Intercultural Supplier Network and update systems with supplier profile information.
- Monitor and address supplier emails in Intercultural Supplier Maintenance mailbox.
- Work with finance teams - enrollments, procurement, invoicing – to ensure supplier profiles are updated and accurate.
- Intercultural Supplier Network and Systems Support (45%)
- Set-up Trainer systems and credentials, address access issues in ReloAccess, Teams, LXP, CultureWizard.
- Manage process for local IC trainer billing in Brazil, China, India.
- Provide process, systems & tools coaching by email or phone to Intercultural Suppliers.
- Manage LXP trainer training process.
- Maintain data integrity and quality control in systems (Service Engine, Teams, Zycus, LXP).
- Manage RC onboarding process.
- Coordinate Trainer Training/Refreshers (individual coaching), including OAI/GAI/Repat development needs.
- Maintain Trainer Handbooks and Guides.
- Support Manager with Trainer Development needs.
- Online Tools Supplier Support (5%)
- Coordinate with Intercultural online tools suppliers: Issue resolution – tech, site access issues for IC trainers; Run site access reporting as needed.
- OAI/GAI Admin site management – training and operational support to IC team, when needed, update group code expiry on annual basis.
- Special projects (5%)
- Assist Intercultural Team with project work as needed which may include preparing PowerPoint documents for internal and external client presentations, updating training materials, supplier forms, evaluation reports and trainer scorecards, etc.
What You Bring to SIRVA
- College/University degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Native Level of English.
- Other Language skills.
- One year in Relocation Industry OR one year in supply chain management role.
- Experience of living abroad or working with different cultures.
- Experience in client/assignee relationship management and transactional supplier management.
