Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Relocation Consultant. The Relocation Consultant will provide comprehensive relocation services to clients, including managing the relocation process, coordinating with vendors, ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders, and addressing client inquiries. The consultant will ensure a smooth relocation experience for clients, continuously monitor progress, and proactively troubleshoot issues that may arise. Reporting and updating records, maintaining exceptional client service standards, and supporting client-specific policies will also be part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple clients and tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting challenges during the relocation process
• Familiarity with relocation management processes, policies, or logistics operations is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in working with technology systems and tools for record management and communication
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being a strong team collaborator
• Experience in customer-facing roles, along with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
• Previous experience in relocation services or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
