To meet or exceed the business development objectives of the EMEA region by promoting and selling the services of Sirva to potential local, regional and global clients through professional sales techniques, collaboration with internal subject matter experts, and efficient networking activities.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Description of Duty

  • Execute Sirva’s business development strategy for the EMEA region in the local market
  • Develop and execute prospecting strategy for target accounts and markets
  • Build a prospect pipeline in line with set revenue goals
  • Identify, build and maintain winning business relationships
  • Manage full end-to-end RFP process. Initiate and complete proposals, presentations, terms and conditions, negotiations and execution for the acquisition of opportunities
  • Meet or exceed new contract revenue and margins in line with annual targets
  • Utilise Salesforce.com daily to track activities and manage the sales pipeline
  • Participate in team selling activity for regional and global accounts with counterparts within and outside the EMEA region
  • Attend conferences / events to network with prospects, clients and competitors
  • Manage and develop broader relationships with existing internal stakeholders (Operations, Supplier Management, Finance, etc.)
  • Identify, build, and manage long term relationships with strategic partners in the industry

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5 years business/sales/management experience
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Experience in selling/closing multi-stakeholder, complex solutions
  • Experience in building cross-functional relationships within organisations, including at an executive level
  • Strong technology skills with a deep understanding of technology enabled service delivery
  • Polished negotiation skills and experience with complex contract review and agreement
  • Fluent English speaker. Additional languages capabilities would be beneficial but not essential
