We are looking for experienced Complex Care Support Workers or Paediatric HCAs to support a 14-year-old girl with complex medical needs in the PE2 Cambridge area. This is a 5-night-per-week package, working within a structured home-based care setup.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with high-dependency or complex care
  • Comfortable providing 1:1 and 2:1 care in a family home
  • Confident with clinical tasks including BiPAP, jejunostomy feeds, suctioning, and medication admin
  • Skilled in repositioning, hoisting, and continence care

About the Client:

  • Non-verbal, bed-bound, and requires ventilatory support overnight
