Sirona Medical Social Work department is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Social Worker to join the Children Safeguarding service on an agency basis.

Position Overview

We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated Social Worker to join our agency at Sirona Medical Social Work department. Must have experience in:

  • Court work
  • Child Protection
  • Child in Need
  • Looked after children
  • Writing reports

Qualifications

  • BA Honors or Master’s Degree in Social Work
  • Social Work England Registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Full UK driver’s license and access to vehicle (if applicable)
  • Completed Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE)
  • Minimum of 3 years post qualified experience in frontline Children Services
  • At least three years of post-qualifying experience employed directly within an LA children's service in England
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Empathetic, patient-centered approach with a dedication to providing high-quality care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
