Sirona Medical is recruiting an experienced Endoscopy Nurse to join a weekend insourcing contract at Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary, supporting endoscopy lists and helping reduce patient waiting times.
About the role:
- This is a weekend only position, ideal for an endoscopy nurse looking to supplement their income or work flexibly alongside a substantive post.
- You'll be working within a well established endoscopy service, supporting theatre lists across procedures such as gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and flexible sigmoidoscopy.
Key details:
- Weekend working only (Saturday/Sunday)
- £300 per day
- Ongoing insourcing contract - regular weekend availability required
- Working within the endoscopy unit at Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary
What we’re looking for:
- Registered Nurse (NMC registered) with current endoscopy experience
- Experience assisting with or performing endoscopic procedures in an NHS or equivalent clinical setting
- Up to date mandatory training and PVG clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong team player, comfortable working within a fast paced insourcing list environment
