Job Role: Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant

The Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will help with day-to-day routines including personal care and feeding. Candidates must have at least 6 months of care experience and demonstrate compassion.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting patients with washing, dressing, and feeding
• Changing beds and helping patients move
• Providing emotional support to reduce anxiety
• Helping patients use mobility aids and equipment
• Escort patients within hospitals
• Maintaining cleanliness and supplies

Previous care experience and/or qualifications are essential. You will work under supervision of nursing staff and may be involved in training new staff. We supply staff to NHS and private sectors, including roles like Nurse, General Nurse, RGN, NMC, Band 5/6, HCA, Community Nurse, and Specialist Nurse in various departments.
