The predicted salary is between 25 - 25 £ per hour.
We urgently require a Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist, ideally with NHS experience in Outpatients. 20 hours/week until end of November 2018. This assignment is to start ASAP.
Working Hours:
- Monday: 9:00-16:30 with 30 minute lunch (7 hours)
- Tuesday: 9:00-15:00 with no lunch break (6 hours)
- Thursday: 9:00-16:30 with 30 minute lunch (7 hours)
This is a short term locum role which is likely to run for 2 months minimum with a possibility of extension. The hourly rate is competitive and our client is looking for a full-time locum (3 days per week).
Role: We require a Physiotherapist to cover 20 hours per week at a hospital located within the West Midlands covering the following skillset:
- Band 6 experienced in treating MSK Outpatients
- 6 to 7 hour shifts between the hours of 8.00-20.00 (Monday-Friday)
You may work alone or in a team alongside health and/or social care professionals, which could include occupational therapists, GPs, health visitors, district nurses, and social workers. You may supervise the work of support workers such as physiotherapy assistants.

- HCPC Membership
- Clinical experience in an MSK (Musculoskeletal Outpatients) Physiotherapy setting
- Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary therapy team
- Ability to work under pressure and be patient-centred
- Life skills – gentle, resilient, patient advocate, good time management, flexible
- Personality and outlook is key
Desirable:
- CSP Membership
- Clinical experience in MSK Outpatients and MSK Inpatients and Orthopaedic Outpatients settings
