Sirona care & health CIC is seeking an Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse (Band 5) for Henderson Rehab Unit in Thornbury. The role is part-time, 34.5 hours per week, with a rotational day and night shift pattern in a 19-bed rehabilitation unit.
The post is permanent with pro rata NHS Agenda for Change terms. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering individualized nursing and rehabilitation care to elderly service users, with the aim of achieving the best outcomes and promoting independence
