Main duties of the job:

  • We are seeking a senior, experienced clinician who can work autonomously providing medical care for children with neurodevelopmental conditions and neuro-disability within the Community Paediatrics department in Sirona.
  • As a specialist, they will serve as ‘expert decision-makers’ responsible for the full range of patient care within community paediatrics, with the potential to work independently.
  • They will be expected to manage a community paediatric caseload including responding to requests for education health and care plans.
  • The role will primarily focus on providing direct clinical care in out-patient clinics, meeting service delivery requirements.
  • The role will be supported by suitable development opportunities including management roles and leadership responsibilities in teaching and service development.
