In this vital role, you will be at the heart of our staffing operations, ensuring that commissioned care packages are safely and appropriately covered with trained team members. Working closely with nursing teams and the Continuing Care Team (CCT), you will support the placement of new staff and maintain clear oversight of staffing levels across the service. Person specification:

Qualifications and Training:

  • GCSE Grade 9 - 4 or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics
  • NVQ level 2 in Business Administration or other relevant qualification or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • Experience of using Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook at intermediate level
  • Knowledge of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulations
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a health/social care or service-oriented organisation
  • Experience of using NHS systems such as Optima, EMIS, Glasscubes
  • Experience of rota work

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
