As an OOHs Administrator you will support the communication of complex and sensitive information. You will adapt your style of communication according to need and situation, demonstrate problem solving skills, manage expectations, and exercise judgement. You will support the clinical teams on a regular basis with capacity and referral management and work as a key member of the coordination team, administering caseload management, supporting discharge planning, performance reporting and collection of data for audits and CQC.

Shortlisting Criteria:

  • NVQ 3 in administration, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Range of IT skills including electronic communication, text processing, spreadsheets and databases.

  • Administration skills relevant to the role.
  • A range of administrative processes (typing, minute taking, photocopying, scanning, filing, mail management, greeting visitors).
  • Diary management.
  • Ability to collate and produce data/information in a reader-friendly way.
  • Knowledge of how to handle information confidentially and securely.
  • Able to work well in a team environment but also act on own initiative.
  • Working in a health/social care or service-oriented organisation.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and will require a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
