Our teams support patients to live independently and improve their quality of life in the place they call home. As a Community Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in our service. Working closely with the multi-disciplinary team made up of registered clinicians, other support staff and Administrators, to provide vital ongoing clinical care such as:
- Vital signs observations
- Basic wound care techniques
- Medicines management
- Functional rehabilitation
- Many other clinical skills
Successful candidates will receive full support to complete the Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker Apprenticeship and become confident working independently in the community.
