Sirona care & health CIC in Bristol is seeking a Nurse or Paramedic to join NHS@Home, delivering clinical care to acutely unwell patients in their homes across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
You will work across a mix of face-to-face visits, telephone contacts and digital monitoring, supported by an MDT, with a focus on safe, compassionate care and timely escalation when needed.
